The Challenge

Safety was BAB’s number one concern. The biggest challenge was to ensure that the six-foot plush bear would be secure enough not to topple over if a child were to tug at or attempt to climb the fixture.

It was also essential to ensure the project was completed and delivered on time and was easy to assemble in-store.

The Solution

For KSF Global, the mission was simple: to create a one-of-a-kind in-store experience that would capture children's hearts and uphold Build-A-Bear’s reputation as a trustworthy brand that goes the extra mile for its customers.

 The solution was an innovative and robust structure that would withstand the demands of a retail environment, be easy to assemble, and foster an unforgettable shopping experience.

 Through effective project management, open communication with the client, and multiple prototype iterations, KSF were able to create and roll out 360 six-foot plush bear fixtures that satisfied both aesthetic and safety requirements.
