Introduction

Panelto Foods, a leading private-label bakery manufacturer, was launching its own branded products in-store for the first time. While working with a design agency, they needed a POS expert to manage design, production, and retailer approvals.

With strong manufacturing experience but limited in-store display knowledge, Panelto sought a partner to deliver standout, permanent bakery aisle displays — on time and on budget.

The Problem

There were several challenges to overcome:

The Brief

The goal was to adapt their premium trade show display into a cost-effective, scalable unit for rollout across 120 Tesco stores.

This involved revising the design, developing full technical drawings, achieving cost reductions for volume manufacturing, and assisting with the Tesco approval process.

The Results
